目的探讨女性宫颈疾病HPV基因检测的感染情况及临床意义。方法采用核酸分子快速导流杂交技术对130例患者进行HPV基因分型检测,研究HPV在女性人群中的感染率,基因型别和年龄分布的特点。结果 130例标本中HPV阳性例数28例,总感染率为21.54%。共检出17种基因型,未检出基因型为39、68、44、11。高危亚型组检出24株HPV基因型(包括多重感染的重复计算在内),阳性率为18.46%,以HPV52型、16型、31型为主。低危亚型组检出4株HPV基因型,阳性率为3.01%,以HPV6型、CP8304(81)型为主。各年龄组的感染率以40~49岁组的阳性率(26.35%)最高,各年龄组感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.59,P>0.05)。结论 HPV总感染率为21.45%,以单亚型基因感染为主,感染的基因亚型主要以52型、16型、31型、6型为主,40~49岁组的感染阳性率(26.35%)高于其他年龄组。HPV分型检测在宫颈癌的早期预防,早期诊断,治疗效果监测,疫苗研制具有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the infection status and clinical significance of HPV genotypes in female cervical diseases. Methods 130 cases of HPV genotyping were detected by rapid flow-through hybridization of nucleic acid molecules to study the infection rate, genotype and age distribution of HPV in female population. Results Of the 130 specimens, 28 were positive for HPV, the total infection rate was 21.54%. A total of 17 genotypes were detected, but the genotypes were not detected as 39,68,44,11. The genotypes of 24 HPVs were detected in high risk subtypes (including the repeated counting of multiple infections). The positive rate was 18.46%. HPV52, 16 and 31 belonged to HPV type. Four low-risk subtypes detected HPV genotypes, the positive rate was 3.01%, HPV6, CP8304 (81) type. The infection rate in all age groups was the highest (26.35%) in the age group of 40-49 years. The infection rate in each age group had no significant difference (χ2 = 0.59, P> 0.05). Conclusion The total infection rate of HPV was 21.45%. The main subtype of infection was subtype 52, type 16, type 31 and type 6. The positive rate of infection in 40-49 group was 26.35 %) Higher than other age groups. HPV typing detection in cervical cancer early prevention, early diagnosis, treatment effect monitoring, vaccine development has a certain significance.
