本文以全国最大的彝族聚居区彝族传统社会里的火塘文化、一日两餐饮食习俗、待客餐饮习俗和酒文化等饮食习俗为研究对象,基于饮食人类学视角对其逐一展开分析。研究表明,彝族传统饮食习俗与彝族人民的居住环境、生产方式、民风民俗等有着紧密联系,是特殊地理环境、特定历史阶段的必然产物。
Based on the study of Huotang culture, two meals a day dietary convention, hospitality custom and wine culture in the largest traditional Yi community in the country, this essay analyzes each one from the perspective of diet anthropology. The research shows that the traditional eating habits of the Yi people are closely linked with the living environment, production methods and customs of the Yi people, which is the inevitable outcome of the special geographical environment and the specific historical stage.
