采用电刺激鼠尾-嘶叫法及辐射热甩尾法进行测痛,观察比较一侧中脑脊髓丘脑束和另一侧丘脑中央中核损毁前后动物的痛阈。实验结果表明,损毁大鼠一侧中脑脊髓丘脑束和另一侧丘脑中央中核能产生明显的镇痛作用。
The rats were subjected to analgesia by electrical stimulation of rat tail-nesophagocytosis and radiant heat flick-tail method. The pain threshold of animals in one side of thalamic thalamic bundle and in the other side of central thalamic nucleus were observed. Experimental results show that one side of the lesion in rat spinal cord thalamic bundle and the other side of the central thalamic nucleus can produce significant analgesic effect.
