为满足临床诊断对生化传感器灵敏度和特异性的要求,研究了纳米磁珠对纳米光纤光传输特性的影响,以及纳米磁珠作为标记物同时完成目标待测物提纯和高灵敏度检测的可能性。详细介绍了锥形纳米光纤传感器的制备过程、表面处理方法和纳米磁珠的处理方法,设计实验检测到了直径200~300nm的单个纳米磁珠,验证了纳米磁珠的强信号放大作用,并通过实验验证了磁珠同时用作分离提纯和灵敏度增强的方案在纳米光纤传感器上的可行性。
In order to meet the requirement of biochemical sensor sensitivity and specificity for clinical diagnosis, the influence of nanospheres on the optical transmission properties of nanofibers was studied. And the possibility of nanometer magnetic beads as markers for the simultaneous purification and high sensitivity detection of target analytes was also studied. The preparation process, surface treatment method and processing method of nanosphere for tapered nanofiber sensor are introduced in detail. Single nanomagnetic bead with diameter of 200-300 nm is designed and tested, and the strong signal amplification effect of nanocrystal bead is verified. The feasibility of using magnetic beads for both nanofiber sensor and nano-fiber sensor has been experimentally demonstrated.
