针对机场跑道山皮石垫层采用冲击碾压技术进行压实的工程问题,选取试验段进行了施工工艺及质量控制等相关试验,确定了垫层冲击碾压的最佳实施方案。监测数据分析表明:采用80cm层厚垫层分2次冲击碾压的方案能够较好地达到工程设计要求,并可有效降低造价。
In view of the engineering problems of using the impact rolling technology to compaction the mountain skin cushion of the airport runway, the relevant test of the construction technology and quality control is selected and the optimum implementation plan of the cushion impact rolling is determined. Monitoring data analysis shows that: the use of 80cm layer cushion layer 2 times the impact of rolling program can better meet the engineering design requirements, and can effectively reduce the cost.
