目的优选鲜地黄闪式提取工艺。方法在单因素试验的基础上,选取对提取工艺影响较大的乙醇体积分数、溶剂倍量和提取时间为考察因素,以梓醇提取率和出膏率为考察指标,通过对考察因素各水平进行多元线性回归及二项式拟合,使用效应面法优选最佳工艺参数。结果最佳提取工艺条件为提取1次,每次加入16倍量30%乙醇提取95 s。结论建立的模型可较好地描述该实验中因素与指标的关系,模型具有良好的预测性;优选得到的鲜地黄闪式提取工艺,方法简便,节能高效。
Purposes of the preferred fresh flashlight extraction process. Methods Based on the single factor test, the volume fraction of ethanol, the solvent volume and the extraction time which had a great influence on the extraction process were selected as the investigation factors. The extraction rate of catalpol and the rate of ointment were investigated. Multivariate linear regression and binomial fitting, the use of response surface method optimization of the best process parameters. Results The optimum extraction conditions for the extraction of 1 times, each adding 16 times the amount of 30% ethanol extracted 95 s. Conclusions The established model can well describe the relationship between the factors and indexes in this experiment and the model has good predictability. The optimized extraction technology of fresh rehmannia flavescens is simple, energy-saving and efficient.
