直流矫顽力法属无损检查钢件热处理质量的方法之一,包括检查热处理后零件的硬度、表面硬化层深度和组织判别等。当铁磁介质在磁化场作用下,磁化达到饱和后,若把磁化场去掉,该介质内的磁化状态并不恢复到原状态,而保留一定的剩余磁化强度M_R(或剩余磁感应强度B_R),当加一相反方向的磁化场,使M_R=0时,该磁化场的大小称作该铁磁介质的矫顽力,用H_C表示。下面介绍如何用这一矫顽力检查钢件热处理质量的原理和方法。
