自2009年6月启动的重庆市“打黑除恶”专项斗争具有重要的标本意义。“打黑除恶”专项斗争是以人为本、落实科学发展观的具体体现,是维护社会治安大局稳定、建设和谐社会的必然要求,是深入开展反腐败斗争、纯洁政法队伍的重要举措。重庆开展的“打黑除恶”专项斗争,基本上遵守了法治原则,成绩的确不容抹煞,但确实也存在一些不尽人意的地方,需要改进和完善。立足于刑事法治建设的视角,要深入推进“打黑除恶”专项斗争,就必须确保“打黑除恶”在法治的轨道上运行,切实恪守法治原则,使其经得起历史检验。
Since June 2009, Chongqing Municipality has launched the special campaign of “Cracking down evil and Evil”, which has important significance for the specimen. The “Special Campaign for Combating Corruption and Evil” is a concrete manifestation of people-oriented implementation of the scientific concept of development. It is an inevitable requirement for safeguarding the overall interests of social security and building a harmonious society. It is also an important measure for deepening the struggle against corruption and for the party of pure politics and law. The special campaign “Cracking down on evil and evil” launched by Chongqing basically abided by the principle of the rule of law. Achievements indeed can not be denied, but there are indeed some unsatisfactory places that need improvement and improvement. Based on the perspective of criminal legal construction, if we want to further promote the special campaign of “fighting against evil”, we must ensure that “fighting against evil” runs on the track of the rule of law and effectively abides by the principle of the rule of law so that it can stand the test of history .
