通过对SGZ764/500刮板输送机的链轮轴估算直径,计算出轴所受扭矩、圆周力及疲劳强度,再用Solidworks对轴建模,用Simulation仿真插件进行模拟计算,从而得出最大轴应力、最大轴应变和最大轴位移,对链轮轴强度校核结果表明,该轴满足使用要求。
Through calculating the diameter of sprocket shaft of SGZ764 / 500 scraper conveyor, calculating the torsional moment, circular force and fatigue strength of the shaft, and then using Solidworks to model the shaft and simulating the shaft with Simulation simulation plug-in to get the maximum axial stress , The maximum axial strain and the maximum axial displacement, the results of checking the strength of the sprocket shaft show that the shaft meets the requirements of use.
