根据公司的总体部署,化工二厂是公司劳动人事改革机、电、分流的试点单位之一。从1995年开始化工二厂在组建多种经营公司的基础上,对如何实施机、电、仪分流进行了反复的探讨,经对分流的方案和可行性报告几经修改后,上海石化鑫源化工实业有限公司(以下简称鑫源公司)于1996年9月正式挂牌成立,其下属的机、电、仪检修分公司经过一个阶段的筹建和试运行,也从1997年元月1日起正式运行.
