本文目的是用动力学方法研究 SmCo_5基合金的分解过程。为此曾研究了800~900℃温度范围内过程发展的温度关系,并确定了 SmCo_(17)相析出和溶解的活化能。所用的 Sm~Co合金含36.6(重量)%Sm(铸态时),将此种组成的合金粉末挤压成型,经1140℃烧结制成球样,烧结合金中钐的总量为35.6(重量)%。试样经淬火后放在真空石英管内分别于820、850、875及900℃下退火30分钟,随后在油中冷却。为防止氧化,试样用钽箔包住。研
The purpose of this paper is to study the decomposition of SmCo_5-based alloys by kinetic methods. To this end, the temperature dependence of process development at 800-900 ℃ has been studied and the activation energy of precipitation and dissolution of SmCo 17 phase has been determined. The Sm-Co alloy used contained 36.6% by weight of Sm (as-cast), and the alloy powder of such composition was extrusion-molded and sintered at 1140 ° C to give a spherical sample.
