通过化学成分、导电性能、力学性能、超声波探伤及微观组织多方面的测试得出:CuNiCoBe铜合金材料内部存在的疏松或缩孔缺陷是导致压铸模开裂的主要原因。通过改变熔炼浇注参数,消除了疏松和缩孔的出现,并增加了模具加工前的超声波探伤,尽量避免将有缺陷的CuNiCoBe铜合金材料模具应用到压铸的生产中。 The chemical composition, electrical conductivity, mechanical properties, ultrasonic flaw detection and microstructure tests show that the defects of the CuNiCoBe copper alloy are the main reasons for the cracking of the die-casting mold. By changing the melting and pouring parameters, the appearance of loose and shrinkage cavities is eliminated, and the ultrasonic flaw detection before mold processing is increased, so as to avoid the application of defective CuNiCoBe copper alloy material molds to the die-casting production.
