由化工部节能计量办公室主持召开的锅炉节能技术及微机应用推广会,于9月23日至25日在沈阳橡胶四厂召开。在辽宁省和沈阳市计经委、化工局的大力支持下,90个单位近130名代表参加了这次会议。与会单位既有全国各地的化工企业,又有沈阳市部分节能先进单位。沈阳橡胶四厂向大会介绍了他们在锅炉输煤、排渣、除尘、水处理、蒸汽管网保温、自动控制、采用除渣剂,清灰剂及其它节能技术的经验。详细介绍了对 SHL20—13型燃煤锅炉采用微机控制的方案,实现了对锅炉水位、汽压、鼓风、引风等自动控制及21个参数的显示打印。做到了:(1)水位稳定;(2)汽压稳
The Boiler Energy Saving Technology and Microcomputer Application Promotion Conference, chaired by the Energy Saving Metering Office of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, was held on September 23-25 at the Fourth Rubber Factory in Shenyang. With the strong support of the Economic Commission of Liaoning Province and Shenyang City Economic Commission and the Bureau of Chemical Industry, nearly 130 representatives of 90 units attended the meeting. The participating units include chemical companies throughout the country and some advanced energy-saving units in Shenyang. The Shenyang Rubber Fourth Plant introduced to the General Assembly their experience in boiler coal handling, slag discharge, dust removal, water treatment, steam pipe network insulation, automatic control, the use of slag remover, cleaning agent and other energy-saving technologies. The paper introduces the application of the SHL20-13 type coal-fired boiler with microcomputer control, and realizes the automatic control of the boiler water level, steam pressure, air blowing, induced draft, etc., and the display and printing of 21 parameters.
