为了研究蓝莓的抗寒性,以其6个品种的1年生枝为实验材料,通过人工冷冻处理,在5~-35℃设置5个温度梯度,测定可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、丙二醛(MDA)、以及脯氨酸(Pro)含量。结果表明,低温胁迫下6个蓝莓品种可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖的含量,随着温度的降低呈先升高然后稳定的趋势;胁迫枝条内的丙二醛(MDA)含量均大于对照;脯氨酸的变化趋势与蛋白质和可溶性糖相似。6个蓝莓品种抗寒性具有明显差异,其中“4号”抗寒性最强,“5号”、“10号”抗寒性较弱,“2号”、“6号”、“8号”具有一定的耐寒能力。
In order to study the cold resistance of blueberry, five annual temperature gradients were set up at 5 ~ -35 ℃ by artificial freezing treatment.
