本文利用自装的臭氧发生器产生臭氧作为自由基引发剂,成功地交联了用SE-30,SE-54和含氰硅油(氰乙基甲基聚硅氧烷)作为固定相的玻璃毛细管色谱柱。本法分二步进行;第一步用常规方法制备合格的柱子;第二步将柱通入臭氧进行交联。对交联前后的柱性能进行了评价和对比,方法简单结果满意。
In this paper, a self-contained ozone generator was used to generate ozone as a free-radical initiator. The glass capillary tube with SE-30, SE-54 and cyanogenic silicone oil (cyanoethyl methyl polysiloxane) Column. The law divided into two steps; the first step using conventional methods for the preparation of qualified columns; the second step will pass into the ozone column for cross-linking. The performance of the column before and after cross-linking was evaluated and compared, the method was simple and satisfactory results.
