目的 探讨 Tenascin和 Ki- 6 7在不同级别人脑胶质瘤细胞表达情况 ,分析它与胶质瘤细胞的侵袭相关性 .方法 采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法 ,检测不同级别人脑胶质瘤组织5 0例中 Tenascin和 Ki- 6 7表达 ,以细胞核增殖抗原 Ki- 6 7阳性细胞数分析胶质瘤细胞的增殖情况 .结果 胶质瘤与其增生血管内皮细胞均表达 Tenascin,Tenascin基因表达与肿瘤细胞增殖指数呈显著正相关 ,随胶质瘤恶性程度提高 ,Tenascin和 Ki-6 7表达均增强 .结论 Tenascin在人脑胶质瘤组织有异常表达 ,它可能是刺激肿瘤细胞恶性增殖和血管新生的重要因素 ,在人脑胶质瘤侵袭性生长中起重要作用 ,上述因子可作为评价人脑胶质瘤生物学行为的重要参考指标之一
Objective To investigate the expression of Tenascin and Ki- 67 in human glioma cells of different grades and analyze their correlation with the invasion of glioma cells.Methods In situ hybridization and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of different grades of human glial cells Tumor tissue 50 cases of Tenascin and Ki- 6 7 expression, the number of Ki- 6 7 positive cells proliferation of glioma cell proliferation analysis.Results Glioma and its proliferation of vascular endothelial cells were expressed Tenascin, Tenascin gene expression And the proliferation index of tumor cells was positively correlated with the degree of malignant glioma, Tenascin and Ki-67 expression were enhanced.Conclusion Tenascin abnormal expression in human glioma tissue, it may be to stimulate the malignant proliferation of tumor cells and Angiogenesis is an important factor in the invasive growth of human glioma plays an important role in the evaluation of human glioma biological behavior as an important reference one of the indicators
