原发性桥脑出血约占全部脑出血的10%,一般认为预后不良。我院1985年8月~1988年5月共治疗存活桥脑出血10例,报告如下。临床资料一般资料 10例中,男性6例,女性4例。年龄32~68岁,平均53.6岁,5例有明确长期高血压病史。活动中突然起病7例,安静状态下起病3例。症状和体征起病时有头昏头晕者8例,头痛4例,呕吐4例,复视5例,尿便失禁3例。入院时意识清楚者6例,嗜睡2例,昏迷2例。收缩压在170以上者5例,舒张压在100以
Primary pontine hemorrhage accounts for about 10% of all intracranial hemorrhage, generally considered a poor prognosis.
