A polymer - poly [pyrrole - 2, 5 - bis (3 - hydroxy - 4 - methoxyphenylmethane)] with similar ring - opening porphyrin structure was synthesized. The adsorption properties of Cu2 + and Mg2 + were studied. The effects of adsorption time, adsorption temperature and system pH on the adsorption capacity were discussed.
