目的了解空军某部所属食堂餐饮具消毒质量状况,讨论更加有效的管理方法。方法采用试纸法对该部所属食堂餐饮具消毒质量进行采样监测、统计和比较。结果连续6年共采样506份,平均消毒效果总合格率为88.34%,消毒质量呈现逐年提高趋势,不同类型食堂间的消毒质量差别明显。结论该部所属食堂餐饮具消毒质量整体水平呈逐年上升态势,首长食堂的消毒质量高于连队食堂和社会化食堂。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of dining utensils in a canteen owned by the Air Force and to discuss more effective management methods. Methods Test strips were used to sample, monitor, count and compare the disinfection quality of dining utensils owned by the Ministry. Results A total of 506 samples were collected for 6 consecutive years. The average pass rate of the average disinfection effect was 88.34%. The disinfection quality showed an increasing trend year by year. The difference in quality of disinfection between different types of canteens was obvious. Conclusion The overall level of disinfection quality of dining utensils belonging to the Ministry of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been rising year by year. The quality of disinfection of the head canteen is higher than that of company canteens and social canteens.
