目的 为有效隔离某大功率军用柴油机的振动对车架及车体的影响 ,满足装车可靠性 ,要求合理选用高效减振装置以减少发动机的振动和噪声 .方法 针对两种悬置元件橡胶减振器和钢丝绳减振器 .为预测装车后减振器的隔振性能和发动机的振动情况 ,分别对它们进行了静态特性、模拟装车后的动态特性和发动机台架振动烈度试验 .结果 通过试验对两种悬置元件进行了对比、分析 .结论 通过对比分析 ,初步估计采用钢丝绳减振器可以较橡胶减振器更好地满足某大功率军用柴油机的隔振要求
The purpose is to effectively isolate the vibration of a high-power military diesel engine on the frame and the body, to meet the loading reliability, reasonable selection of efficient damping device to reduce the engine vibration and noise.Methods For two kinds of suspension rubber reduction In order to predict the anti-vibration performance of shock absorbers and the vibration of the engine after loading, the static characteristics, the dynamic characteristics after loading and the test of the vibration intensity of the engine are simulated respectively. Through the comparison and analysis of the two kinds of suspension components, the conclusion is given.Conclusion Through the comparative analysis, it is preliminarily estimated that the use of wire rope vibration damper can better meet the vibration isolation requirements of a high-power military diesel engine than the rubber shock absorber
