目的:建立HPLC法测定司坦唑醇片的含量。方法:色谱柱为C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.05mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢铵溶液(75:25);流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);检测波长为224 nm。结果:司坦唑醇进样量在0.09~4.55μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为101.0%,RSD为1.63%(n=9)。结论:该法简便、准确,适用于司坦唑醇片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of stanozolol tablets. METHODS: The column was C 18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol-0.05 mol·L -1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution (75:25), the flow rate was 1.0 ml min ~ (-1); detection wavelength was 224 nm. Results: There was a good linearity (r = 0.999 9) for the injection of stanozolol in the range of 0.09-4.55 μg with an average recovery of 101.0% and a RSD of 1.63% (n = 9). Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of stanozolol tablets.
