针对现有的机械滚筒式及真空吸种式播种机不能满足香料烟漂浮育苗播种要求的现状,对播种机构进行改进:减少播种辊上的播种孔数量,降低加工难度;取消机械滚筒式播种机上的护种装置,减少设备使用过程中的维护难度。采用步进电机作为播种机构与压穴机构的驱动,并通过单片机对播种过程进行精确控制,实现精确落种,提高播种精度。试验证明,改进后的播种机构运行稳定,生产效率125盘h,空穴率0.89%,播种合格率99.1%,种子破损率0.51%,满足生产要求,在云南保山香料烟种植区域内得到了广泛推广应用。
