目的:评价清瘟败毒饮治疗温病暑热证模型大鼠的效果,并通过其疗效反证该模型的暑热证特点。方法:通过附子煎剂预饲养、高温环境、醋酸铅致敏和静脉注射脂多糖的综合方法制作大鼠温病暑热证模型,并使用清瘟败毒饮治疗,ALC-NIBP无创血压系统动态观察大鼠的无创血压和心率,并观察生存时间。结果:清瘟败毒饮组与对照组比较,在-1h和0h各项基本生命体征基本相仿;在1h,清瘟败毒饮组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压高于对照组,心率快于对照组,差别无统计学意义;在3h,清瘟败毒饮组的收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均高于对照组,差别均具有统计学意义,心率快于对照组,差别无统计学意义。生存分析显示,清瘟败毒饮组的生存时间均数估计值和中位生存时间估计值均长于对照组,差别具有统计学意义。结论:清瘟败毒饮有助于维持模型大鼠的血压,延长模型动物的生存时间,这反证了该模型具有较好的暑热证特点。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Qingwen Baidu Decoction in treating rats with warm-sickness and heat-syndrome, and to prove its characteristics by its curative effect. Methods: A rat model of Wen-Wen-Shu heat-damp-heat syndrome was made by the comprehensive method of aconite decoction pre-feeding, high temperature environment, sensitization of lead acetate and intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide. The rats were treated with Qingwen Baidu Decoction and ALC-NIBP Of non-invasive blood pressure and heart rate, and observed survival time. Results: Compared with the control group, all the basic vital signs at -1h and 0h were similar in Qingwen Baidu Decoction group; systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were higher in Qingyan Baidu drink group than those in control group at 1 hour, Heart rate was faster than the control group, the difference was not statistically significant; at 3h, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure were significantly higher in the Qingyan Baidu Decoction group than in the control group, with statistical significance, the heart rate was faster than that of the control group, The difference was not statistically significant. Survival analysis showed that the average survival time and the median survival time of Qing Chuai Baodu Drink group were longer than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Qingwen Baidu decoction can help to maintain the blood pressure of model rats and prolong the survival time of model animals, which proves that the model has the characteristics of good heat syndrome.
