目的:利用HPLC-ELSD法测定不同产地和采收期短葶山麦冬Liriope muscari块根中短葶山麦冬皂苷C的含量以控制其质量。方法:Shimadzu C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(46∶54)等度洗脱;漂移管温度94℃,载气流量2.5L·min-1。结果:短葶山麦冬皂苷C在1.02~12.228μg呈线性,回收率100.80%,RSD1.8%。10批不同产地短葶山麦冬药材中短葶山麦冬皂苷C质量分数为0.25%~0.41%,15批不同采收期药材的质量分数在0.13%~0.38%。结论:本研究所建立HPLC-ELSD方法,可快速、准确测定短葶山麦冬药材中短葶山麦冬皂苷C含量,为控制短葶山麦冬的药材质量及最佳采收时间的确定提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: HPLC-ELSD was used to determine the content of Ophiopogon japonicus Cinnabarinus in Liriope muscari roots in different producing areas and harvesting days to control its quality. METHODS: Shimadzu C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of isocratic acetonitrile-water (46:54). The temperature of the drift tube was 94 ℃ and the carrier gas flow was 2.5 L · min-1. Results: Ophiopogon japonicus Ophiopogon japonicus C was linear in the range of 1.02-12.228 μg with a recovery of 100.80% and a RSD of 1.8%. 10 batches of different origin Mallard Radix Ophiopogon japonicus Ophiopogon japonicus glycoside C mass fraction of 0.25% to 0.41%, 15 batches of different harvest herbs mass fraction of 0.13% to 0.38%. Conclusion: The HPLC-ELSD method established in this study can quickly and accurately determine the content of Ophiopogon japonicus Cynanchum in short-moutan Ophiopogon japonicus. To control the quality and the best harvesting time of Ophiopogon japonicus, Provide a scientific basis.
