2003年3月5日,湖北省图书馆学会理事会第二次会议在湖北省图书馆召开,共有62名理事参加了会议。会议由湖北省图书馆学会会长周济洋主持,副会长万群华、邓珞华、秘书长胡银仿等在大会上作了发言。会议总结了2002年的学会工作,通过了2003年的学会工作计划,并重点讨论了湖北省网络图书馆建设方案,举办“全国免费推广联合国教科文组织信息管理软件WINISIS”技术培训班、组织图书馆馆长和业务骨干赴港澳学习考察并讨论了学科带头人的推荐工作。
On March 5, 2003, the second meeting of the Hubei Provincial Library Society Council was held in Hubei Provincial Library. A total of 62 members attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Zhou Jiyang, president of Hubei Provincial Library Association. Vice-chairmen Wan Qunhua, Deng Luohua and Secretary-General Hu Yin-fang made speeches at the conference. The meeting summed up the work of the Institute in 2002, adopted the work plan of the Institute in 2003, and focused on discussing the construction plan of the Internet library in Hubei Province and holding the technical training course entitled “Free WINISIS” for the nationwide promotion of UNESCO information management software. Organize the librarians and business leaders to study in Hong Kong and Macao and discuss the recommendation of academic leaders.
