This year’s World Summit on Work Safety and Health Day focuses on managing risks in the work environment. In spite of the many positive measures taken by various countries to reduce mines, other industrial accidents and reduce the unhealthy conditions of workers, injuries and diseases are still common in today’s workplace. This report will highlight a few basic steps in workplace risk management.
