目的 建立犬胰腺左叶的缺血模型并探讨其意义。方法 解剖犬胰腺,结扎脾动脉近心端,建立犬胰腺左叶的缺血模型,观察术后病理生理、病理变化及并发症的发生情况。结果 实验用12条犬术后存活良好,无严重并发症发生,缺血部位胰腺组织坏死,并被纤维组织修复。结论 犬胰腺体尾部模型容易建立,安全、可靠,对人体晚期胰腺癌的治疗具有指导意义。
Objective To establish a model of canine left lobar ischemia and explore its significance. Methods The canine pancreas was dissected and the proximal end of the splenic artery was ligated. The ischemia model of canine left lobe was established. The pathophysiology, pathological changes and complications were observed. Results The 12 dogs survived well after operation. No serious complication occurred. Pancreatic tissue was necrotic in ischemic area and was repaired by fibrous tissue. Conclusion The tail model of canine pancreatic body is easy to establish, safe and reliable, which is instructive for the treatment of human pancreatic cancer.
