铸件缺陷的修补方法有多种,主要有浸渍、堵塞、金属喷镀、液体金属熔补、气焊电焊法等。对铝合金铸件上次要部位的孔眼类缺陷及穿透性细微气孔、裂纹等;或铸件虽有气密或水密要求,但承受的压力不高,且渗漏不太严重时,可用浸渍法修补。工艺过程 (1)检查渗漏情况:按铸件技术要求,用气压或水压法检查铸件渗漏部位,做好标记。 (2)浸渗剂选用:采用机械工业部上海材料研究所监制的7-2312单组份环氧胶粘剂。 (3)浸渗剂稀释:该浸渗剂在常温下为粘稠性胶液,在水浴或烘箱内60~80℃时即能稀释,不需搅拌可直接使用。 (4)铸件表面处理:用砂纸打磨铸件的待浸渍部位,然后用丙酮擦净两遍,晾干待用。
