通明补肾丸是《医宗金鉴·眼科心法要诀》中治疗“五风”初患不足证的一首方剂。近十余年来,笔者用本方治疗老年性早期白内障24例,疗效显著。简介如下。用法:通明补肾丸组成:石决明30克,人参60克,生地60克,桔梗30克,车前子30克,茺蔚子60克,白芍30克,细辛15克,大黄9克,加减:血压偏高者加菊花、钩藤;头晕者加天麻、龟版;大便干燥者加肉苁蓉;小便淋沥者加泽泻、丹皮;眼干燥者加枸杞子、石斛等。
