班主任在班级管理的过程中,存在着权力影响力和非权力影响力。本文着眼于班主任的非权力影响力,因为非权力影响力的提高势必会对权力影响力形成积极的促进作用,进而有助于班级管理工作的进行。
Class teacher in the process of class management, there is the power of influence and non-power influence. This article looks at the non-power influence of the headteacher, because the increase of non-power influence is bound to play an active role in promoting the influence of power and thus contribute to the progress of class management.
