目的:探讨吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水源水中8种氯代烃的分析方法。方法:水源水中的被测物经吹扫捕集富集,解吸后用气相色谱-质谱法测定。通过目标组分的质谱图和保留时间与标准物质对照定性,选择特征离子定量。结果:样品加标回收率为91%~118%,相对标准偏差为1.19%~4.69%,检出限为0.026μg/L~0.163μg/L。结论:实验结果表明,该方法操作简便、灵敏度高、结果准确,可以满足水源水中8种氯代烃的测定。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the method for the determination of eight chlorinated hydrocarbons in tap water by purge and trap / gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: The water samples were collected by purging and purifying, desorption and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The quantification of the characteristic ion is selected by qualitatively comparing the mass spectrum and retention time of the target component with the standard substance. Results: The spiked recoveries ranged from 91% to 118% with relative standard deviations of 1.19% -4.69%. The detection limits were 0.026μg / L ~ 0.163μg / L. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can meet the determination of eight chlorinated hydrocarbons in water.
