In the eastern part of Linz, an entirely new residential development is being implemented. The project will be developed in accordance with the conditions of subsidized housing in the country with the highest possible density. Despite this high density and the need for a large number of parking spaces, however, it is still possible to retain 50% of the surface area for landscape design. This is mainly due to the rational layout of the dwelling and the provision of naturally ventilated motoring routes and garages below the building. The project is made up of two distinct residential strips that collectively overlook the open space in a field.
