为了达到中国大气污染防治法对车用柴油机排放的要求,结合中国目前的柴油机发展状况,开发了可变预行程泵的电控系统。本文进行了可变预行程泵的电控系统的总体设计和电子控制单元(ECU)软件的开发,针对CA6110柴油机对电控可变预行程泵进行了匹配和标定试验,试验结果表明了可变预行程泵电控系统的良好的综合性能,它的应用为直喷式柴油机性能的改进提供了很大的潜力。
In order to meet the requirements of China’s air pollution prevention and control law on the emission of vehicle diesel engines, the electronic control system of variable pre-stroke pumps has been developed in light of the current development of diesel engines in China. In this paper, the overall design of electronic control system of variable pre-stroke pump and the development of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software are studied. The matching and calibration test of electrically controlled variable pre-stroke pump is carried out for CA6110 diesel engine. The good overall performance of the pre-stroke pump electronic control system, its application provides a great potential for the improvement of direct injection diesel engine performance.
