The characteristics of mold cavity finishing and the conditions that should be possessed are analyzed. At the same time, the working principle of magnetic particle grinding technology and reverse engineering is expatiated. The key technologies of magnetic particle grinding and reverse engineering are discussed emphatically. The perfect combination of grinding and reverse engineering is one of the most effective ways to solve the mold cavity finishing, and gives the technological route of the technology.
