目的 :探讨表皮生长因子对大鼠睾丸间质细胞合成睾酮的影响。方法 :用组织化学和图像分析方法对颌下腺切除后不同时期大鼠睾丸间质细胞中与睾酮合成有关的一些酶和代谢物变化进行了研究。结果 :大鼠颌下腺切除 3周后 ,睾丸间质细胞中 3β 羟基甾体脱氢酶、非特异性酯酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性和脂类含量无明显变化 ,乳酸脱氢酶活性明显降低 ;术后 5周 ,4种酶的活性均明显降低 ,脂类含量明显增多 ;术后 7周的变化与 5周相似 ,4种酶活性仍维持在较低水平 ,脂类含量明显增多。结论 :内源性的表皮生长因子缺乏可能导致大鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮合成功能降低。
Objective: To investigate the effect of epidermal growth factor on testosterone synthesis in rat testicular stromal cells. Methods: The changes of some enzymes and metabolites related to testosterone synthesis in testicular stromal cells of rats at different stages after submandibular gland resection were studied by histochemistry and image analysis. RESULTS: After 3 weeks of submandibular gland resection in rats, the activity of 3β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase, non-specific esterase, succinate dehydrogenase and lipid content in testicular stromal cells were not significantly changed, but lactate dehydrogenase activity was significantly decreased At 5 weeks after operation, the activities of 4 kinds of enzymes were significantly decreased and the contents of lipids were significantly increased. After 7 weeks, the changes were similar to those of 5 weeks. The activities of 4 kinds of enzymes remained low and the contents of lipids increased significantly. Conclusion: The lack of endogenous EGF may result in the decrease of testosterone synthesis in rat leydig cells.
