一、“内家拳”提法的来源根据资料记载,“内家”之说最早见于明清之际朴学大师黄宗羲所著《南雷文集》之中的《王征南墓志铭》,王征南为明末清初浙江宁波一带的武当拳名家,从师单思南,也是黄宗羲之子黄百家的师傅,由王征南上溯七代为开山派祖师张三丰。《王征南墓志铭》中有一段话:“……有所谓内家拳者,以静制动,犯者应手即仆,故别于少林为‘内家’,盖起于宋之张三丰……”,从黄宗羲“有所谓内家拳者”一词的使用,可见当时内家之说不但已被普遍使用,而且相沿甚久,但真正见诸文字记录的提法出现,恐怕黄宗羲为最早,随后才有其子黄百家专著《内家拳说》一书。
