目的研究利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光治疗牙本质龋意外穿髓,通过组织学方法判断保髓治疗效果。方法选取11只无菌大白鼠接种变形链球菌ATCC25175,同时施以Yeyes2000号致龋饮食至发展到牙本质龋状态。将选取的22颗牙齿随机分为两组,均人为造成穿髓,一组按传统的直接盖髓术进行治疗作为对照组,另一组利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐质后施以直接盖髓术作为实验组。最后用组织学方法观察修复性牙本质的形成及牙髓状况来判断疗效。结果利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐质,患牙术后30d所形成的修复性牙本质更明显,牙髓无炎症表现。结论利用Er,Cr:YSGG激光去腐质结合直接盖髓术治疗牙本质龋意外穿髓的效果明显优于传统的直接盖髓术。
Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of pulp with histological method by using Er, Cr: YSGG laser to treat dentinal caries. Methods Eleven germ-free rats were inoculated with Streptococcus mutans ATCC25175 and treated with Yeyes2000-induced caries to develop dentinal caries. The selected 22 teeth were randomly divided into two groups, all caused by artificial marrow, one group by conventional direct pulp capping treatment as a control group, the other group using Er, Cr: YSGG laser decontaminated directly Covering pulp as the experimental group. Finally, histological observation of prosthetic denture formation and pulp status to determine the efficacy. Results Erbium, Erbium, YSGG laser decontamination, tooth repair 30d after the formation of more obvious dentine, pulp inflammation-free performance. Conclusion Er, Cr: YSGG laser decontamination combined with direct pulp capping treatment of dentinal caries accidental pulp through the pulp was significantly better than the traditional direct capping.
