作为对滑动轴承油膜从层流到紊流过渡区域的试验研究,作者在国内首次设计了一试验台,试验观察了圆柱轴承中油膜层流失稳、Taylor涡旋的产生和发展过程,拍摄了流动过渡过程的一系列照片,并作了较详细的分析。分别用流动显示法和测摩擦力矩法测定了同心与偏心情况下判别层流失稳的临界Taylor数。与国外有关资料以及与线性理论和整体理论的计算结果比较表明,本文的试验观察和测量均获得较好的结果。
As an experimental study on the oil film flow from laminar to turbulent flow in transition region, the author designed a test bench for the first time in China. The instability of oil film laminar flow in cylindrical bearing and the generation and development of Taylor vortex were observed. A series of photos of the transitional process, and made a more detailed analysis. The critical Taylor numbers of laminar flow destabilization under concentric and eccentric conditions were respectively measured by flow display method and friction measuring moment method. Comparing with the foreign data and with the linear theory and the overall theory, the results show that the experimental observations and measurements in this paper have achieved good results.
