关于葡萄糖酸锑钠的含量测定

葡萄糖酸锑钠是现在用来治疗黑热病的最普遍的五价锑制剂,我国患黑热病的人很多,故葡萄糖酸锑钠之应用甚广。其鉴定法在中国药业及英国副药典上载有,但这二种方法,都需经过破坏有机质的阶段,比较麻烦,不适用于做日常工作。经研究后,葡萄糖酸锑钠亦可不经过破坏有机质的手续,用直接的方法来测定,这样可以节省许多时间。为了试验这方法的准确度,特取同一种的国产葡萄糖酸锑钠,用五种方法来测定其锑的含量。这五种方法即:(1)中国药典的方法;(2)英国副药典的方法;(3)N.N.R.定新斯的波霜的方法;(4)英国副药典的改进方法;(5)新的直接滴定法。兹将五种方法的操作过程及结果报告于下: Antimony sodium gluconate is now used to treat kala-azar the most common pentavalent antimony preparations, many people suffering from kala-azar in our country, so the antimony sodium gluconate is widely used. Its identification method is contained in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the British Pharmacopoeia, but both of these methods are subject to the stage of destroying the organic matter, which is troublesome and not suitable for routine work. After research, sodium gluconate can also be destructed without destruction of organic matter, using direct methods to determine, this can save a lot of time. In order to test the accuracy of this method, we took the same kind of domestic antimony sodium gluconate and determined its antimony content by five methods. These five methods are: (1) the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia; (2) the method of the British Pharmacopoeia; (3) the method of NNR to fix the neostigma; (4) the method of improving the British Pharmacopoeia; Direct titration. The five methods of operation and the results are reported below:
