教育培训工作已成为提高检察人员整体素质和法律监督能力的重要手段,培训的质量和效果正在逐步提升,而培训方法的选择,在一定程度上关系到培训效果的实现。本文从介绍检察培训工作中常见的培训方法及特点入手,分析了常见培训方法的缺点和不足,并提出了以明确培训目标、服务培训内容、了解参训学员及正确使用新媒体、新技术为标准来选择适当的培训方法,从而达到最佳的培训效果。
