针对大跨度斜拉桥可靠度分析时存在的功能函数不能显式表达的问题,采用支持向量机来逼近结构的功能函数,建立结构响应量与随机变量之间的映射关系,并在此基础上结合常规的可靠度分析方法,如一次二阶矩法(FORM)、二次二阶矩法(SORM)和Monte Carlo法等来计算结构的失效概率。对某大跨度斜拉桥可靠度分析的结果表明,支持向量机能很好地模拟结构的真实响应,用于可靠度分析具有较好的计算精度。
Aiming at the problem that the function function can not be explicitly expressed in the reliability analysis of long-span cable-stayed bridges, the support vector machine is used to approximate the function of the structure and establish the mapping relationship between the structure response and the random variables. Based on this, Combined with the conventional reliability analysis methods, such as the first order second moment method (FORM), second order moment method (SORM) and Monte Carlo method to calculate the structural failure probability. The results of reliability analysis of a long-span cable-stayed bridge show that the support vector function can well simulate the real response of the structure and have good calculation accuracy for the reliability analysis.
