本文从符号学理论视角出发,将“公共性”作为一个意指性符号进行研究,分析网络环境下行政“公共性”的意义生产与传播不同于传统环境的新特征以及在建构中容易出现的问题,并提出解决途径,得出网络环境下“公共性”的意义建构须以政府与公众都能理解的共享信码为基础的结论,为政府合理建构公共性、提升公信力提供相关理论依据和建议。
From the perspective of semiotic theory, this paper studies “commonality ” as a sign of meaning and analyzes the significance of administrative “public ” under the network environment.
