针对4100QBZL车用柴油发动机,使用二甲醚的质量分数为30%的二甲醚—柴油混合燃料,采用Fire软件用正交试验法对喷油提前角、主后喷间隔、后喷持续期及后喷量等参数对发动机性能指标的影响进行数值模拟仿真。结果表明:喷油提前角对发动机各性能指标的影响最为显著,主后喷间隔对发动机动力性和经济性影响较为显著,而后喷量对发动机的排放性影响较大,后喷持续期对各性能指标的影响较微弱。最后得到喷油提前角和后喷各参数的最佳优化组合方案。
