目的分析miRNA在肠道病毒71型(EV71)感染间充质干细胞后的表达差异,探讨miRNA在EV71感染中的作用机制。方法 EV71体外感染脐带间充质干细胞(MSC)建立EV71感染模型,采用基因芯片技术分析EV71感染M SC前后miRNA的差异表达,通过生物信息学分析其相关信号通路。结果 EV71感染M SC前后有84个miRNA发生了异常变化,主要涉及MAPK、Wnt等信号通路。结论 MSC细胞对EV71有易感性;EV71通过miRNA调控MAPK、Wnt等信号通路参与EV71感染。
Objective To analyze the difference of miRNA expression in mesenchymal stem cells infected with enterovirus 71 (EV71) and explore the mechanism of miRNA in EV71 infection. Methods The EV71 infection model was induced by in vitro infection of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) in EV71. The differential expression of miRNAs in EV71 cells infected with EV71 was analyzed by gene chip technology. The related signaling pathways were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis. Results There were 84 miRNAs in EV71 infected with M SC before and after the abnormal changes, mainly involving MAPK, Wnt and other signaling pathways. Conclusion MSC cells are susceptible to EV71. EV71 participates in EV71 infection through miRNAs such as MAPK and Wnt signaling pathways.
