目的应用QAS超声射频技术评价2型糖尿病人颈动脉功能的临床价值。方法随机选取2型糖尿病患者33例为单纯组,42例2型糖尿病合并高脂血症为混合组,47例同期健康志愿者为对照组。应用QAS技术对颈动脉进行检查,获得颈动脉的顺应性系数(CC)、扩张性系数(DC)、僵硬度系数(α)、僵硬度系数(β)、脉搏波传播速度(PWV)。结果疾病组(单纯组,混合组)DC、CC减低,α、β、PWV值升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯组与混合组比较DC,CC无明显差别;α、β、PWV值升高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。当混合组血糖>20.00时,各弹性参数曲线斜率均发生了明显突变,显著升高。结论 QAS超声射频信号技术可以早期发现2型糖尿病患者颈动脉功能改变。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of carotid artery function in patients with type 2 diabetes by QAS ultrasonography. Methods Totally 33 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as the simple group, 42 type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia as the mixed group and 47 healthy volunteers as the control group. The carotid artery was examined with QAS technique to obtain the carotid artery compliance coefficient (CC), dilation coefficient (DC), stiffness coefficient (α), stiffness coefficient (β) and pulse wave velocity (PWV). Results In the disease group (simple group and mixed group), the DC and CC decreased, and the values of α, β and PWV increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between DC group and CC group in pure group and mixed group; the values of α, β and PWV increased (P <0.05). When the mixed group of blood glucose> 20.00, the slope of the elastic parameter curve were significantly changed, significantly increased. Conclusion QAS ultrasound radio frequency signal technology can detect the early stage of carotid artery in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
