本文针对振动筛筛框的结构和复杂外载荷情况、使用有限元法中的板、梁组合单元,编制了适用于振动筛筛框强度计算的专用程序。本程序能打印出梁、板上的最大应力部位,也可用来计算其它板、梁组合结构,具有一定通用性;能够装入微机(如IBM—XT);通过改变各种参数为振动筛筛框的强度设计提供重要数据完成,CAD工作。本程序是适用于振动设计部门和生产厂家的一种强度分析工具。
In this paper, according to the structure of sieve shaker and the complicated external load situation, a special program for shale shaker sieve strength calculation is developed by using the combination of plate and beam in finite element method. The program can print out the beam, the maximum stress on the board, can also be used to calculate the other board, beam combination structure, has some versatility; can be loaded into the computer (such as IBM-XT); by changing the various parameters for the shaker screen The strength of the box design provides important data to complete, CAD work. This procedure is suitable for vibration design department and manufacturer of an intensity analysis tool.
