研究表明201×7树脂是带负电荷的吸附材料,最佳吸附酸度是pH=2.0吸附速度,开始短时间内为液膜扩散控制,以后逐步向颗粒扩散转化,吸附接触时间为13min。△H为正值△G为负值是吸热反应,在较高温度下才能自发反应进行。铀是以单分子层被吸附的,是化学吸附,吸附反应容易进行。实验证明201×7树脂是在硫酸浸出液中提取回收油的最佳吸附材料。
The results show that the 201 × 7 resin is a negatively charged adsorbent. The optimum adsorption acidity is pH = 2.0 adsorption speed, and begins to be controlled by liquid film diffusion in a short time. Afterwards, the resin gradually diffuses into the particles and the adsorption contact time is 13 min. △ H is a positive △ G is a negative endothermic reaction, spontaneous reaction at higher temperatures. Uranium is monolayer adsorption, is chemical adsorption, adsorption reaction is easy. Experiments show that 201 × 7 resin is the best adsorption material for recovering oil in sulfuric acid leaching solution.
