浮法抛光技术首先出现于日本，是加工超光滑表面的先进技术之一。本文详细介绍用浮法抛光加工超光滑表面的机械结构和加工过程，与传统的沥青抛光方法进行了比较，并分析了材料去除机理。最后简单介绍我国研究浮法抛光技术的进展。 Float polishing first appeared in Japan and was one of the advanced technologies for processing ultra-smooth surfaces. In this paper, the mechanical structure and machining process of the ultra-smooth surface by float polishing are introduced in detail. Compared with the traditional asphalt polishing method, the material removal mechanism is analyzed. Finally, a brief introduction to China’s research progress in float polishing technology.
