卫星光通信系统中机载转塔是闭合机箱,需采用整体温度控制技术使转塔温度稳定在设定的值,为转塔内设备提供恒温环境。其单闭环基本控制原理为:传感器将温度采样值输入单片机89C55中央控制单元,采样值与温度设定值同时送入算法子程序进行运算得到输出控制量,输出控制量通过固态继电器(执行电路)作用到加热电阻丝上,控制部分采用脉宽调制即 PWM,通过控制一个时间段内通过的交流电波数控制加热功率。由温度采样中断程序、控制中断程序、时间计时中断程序、参数调节中断服务程序等实现。
