本试验以四川川西茶区主栽品种为材料,采用简单相关分析和多元回归统计方式,研究光合强度与叶片解剖结构和叶绿体超微结构的关系。结果表明:叶片结构与光合强度密切相关,叶片栅栏组织的厚度、栅栏细胞的密度、细胞长径/短径、栅/海、叶绿体基粒数与基粒片层数与光合积累值的相关系数分别为0.429、0.828、0.652、0.374、0.475和0.330,达显著正相关
